1 Service Overview
Hogamdo is an AI face analysis-based entertainment service. This service is provided free of charge and can be used without registration. Hogamdo analyzes face photos uploaded by users using AI technology to provide country-specific attractiveness scores, and the results are intended for entertainment purposes only.
2 Eligibility
This service is available to all users aged 14 and above. Users under 14 require parental or legal guardian consent. By using the service, you are deemed to agree to these Terms of Service.
3 Usage Rules
Users must only upload their own photos or photos they have permission to use. Unauthorized uploading of others' photos or malicious use of the service is prohibited. Users must use the service for normal purposes only, and automated mass requests may be restricted.
4 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited: stealing others' personal information or registering false information; creating or distributing illegal content using the service; infringing on the intellectual property rights of the service; disrupting normal service operations (hacking, DDoS attacks, etc.); and violating applicable laws or these terms.
5 Disclaimer
Analysis results from this service are generated by AI algorithms and are provided for entertainment and reference purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of results, and analysis results do not replace medical, scientific, or professional evaluations. Users must not use analysis results as a basis for discrimination or prejudice.
6 Limitation of Liability
Hogamdo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use, including loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption. We are also not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government regulations, etc.).
7 Advertising
Hogamdo may display third-party advertisements including Google AdSense for service operation. Ad display is a condition of service use, and responsibility for ad content lies with the respective advertisers. Cookies and advertising identifiers may be used for ad delivery; please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
8 Indemnification
If a user violates these terms or infringes on third-party rights causing damage to Hogamdo, the user shall be responsible for compensating all damages incurred by Hogamdo, including legal costs.
9 Service Changes and Suspension
Hogamdo may modify or suspend all or part of its services with prior notice. In cases of urgent security issues or technical reasons, services may be temporarily suspended without prior notice. We shall not be liable for damages caused by service suspension unless due to intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
10 Changes to Terms
These terms may be revised to reflect changes in applicable laws or services. When terms are changed, the effective date and reasons for change will be posted on the website. Revised terms take effect from the posted effective date, and users who do not agree to the changes may discontinue use of the service.
11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute arising from service use, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable resolution, and if no agreement is reached, the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
